The Sunday of Praise offers an excellent opportunity to maintain a heart of worship as you make your way to church. Terry leads off a Sunday full of praise and worship music. What a great opportunity to praise our Lord!

Terry Patilla:
Terry Patilla grew up in Jasper. He’s a graduate of Walker High School (GO VIKINGS!), Walker College and Auburn University (WAR EAGLE!). Terry started his radio career in Jasper in 1976 at the age of 15. He’s made stops on the radio dial at WAPI in Birmingham, WLWI in Montgomery, WAUD in Auburn, the Alabama Radio Network and as a news reporter for WBMG-TV (Now WIAT). He’s Crawford Broadcasting Birmingham’s Executive Writer/Producer and handles “The Sunday of Praise” here on 93.7 WDJC! Terry and his wife Katy live in Helena with their dog Ike and cats Thomas and Amelia.
Rick Bennett:
Rick was born in Augsburg, Germany. After many years of traveling as a military brat, he spent his teenage years living in Montgomery and Birmingham, Alabama. He is a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School in Montgomery, Auburn University, and from Beeson Divinity School @ Samford University. He has been at WDJC since 1995, & is the on-air personality for “The Road Home Edition of the Sunday of Praise,” from 11:00am – 2:00pm every Sunday afternoon. He is the proud father of three; Hannah age 14, Caleb age 17 and Lotte, age 5. In his spare time, Rick enjoys spending time landscaping, hiking and Saint Louis Cardinals baseball.
