Jhené Aiko has recorded an original song, titled “Vote,” that also appeared during an election-themed episode of the ABC sitcom black-ish. “Vote” was featured in the first of two back-to-back episodes of black-ish, airing Sunday, Oct. 4 at 10 p.m. on ABC.
The hour-long episodes “follow the Johnsons as they navigate the upcoming election, with Junior (Marcus Scribner) embarking on his journey as a first-time voter and Dre (Anthony Anderson) launching an exploration into local politics,” according to a news release.
